Have you been in situation where
you’re neighbor got into fight, yelling each other, so they waking you up with
merely nightmare? I did, two of my neighbor who lived in front of my house was
nearly like Boris and Donald Duck, dog and cat, oil and water, Superman and Lex
Luthor, or whatever it was, and both start
to live in a cold war with no one could remember how the feud started exactly.
But on that day, the cause of fight apparently not simple thing either, just
like the one that make whole things started.
And that morning, it’s because
one I might called her Mrs. Oil, let her dog loose on the road upfront so his
shit was scattered right in front of the fence of Mrs. Water’s fence. Mr.
Water, the owner of the next door who returned home the night before
accidentally stepped on that dirt that faded by the dark of night. And you
could imagine what smell does it get to his shoes?
Feeling aides for the wife always
clean the house every day, including sweeping the front yard where the dirt was
piled up, be resentment turning on a neighbor's dog that obviously didn’t know
the rules. For the record, that dog had also chasing my family’s member with
the intent to bite once...
Facing the annoying neighbor like
Mrs. Oil may be something experienced by you ones or twice, but there are some
tips to overcome the bad situation like that:
1. Getting to know each other
Try to know your neighbors, it
includes the one that catch you high-tempered, it doesn’t mean that you had to
invited them to some family picnic but it could begin with saying hello each
morning every time you meet them, sending them some dish that you cook during
your cook lesson, or lending something that they need to clean their house
probably a good start to live in harmony. Do it and you’ll be surprised to see
your envious neighbors changed.

2. Invite them to
your party or occasion
If you hold a celebration or a
big event at home invite them, especially if you’re using your backyard that by
coincidence on the same page as their backyard. Don’t make your occasion turned
out to be problem or bothered your neighbors with loud noise that came from
your guests. Being uninvited could make them call the cops to ruin your party
of even worse, they came down to your house personally and catch curse like
Maleficent had did.

3. Documenting the
problem
Write and make good record of
things that being concerned by your neighbor, if necessary make record of time,
date and day. If you have an argument with neighbor, perfect notes that consist
details of problem wouldn’t make them avoid or pretend not to care. It doesn’t
mean that you want to remember mistakes but showing them that you're serious people
to solve the problem.

4. Talk to them nicely
Don’t expect your neighbor to
realized they’re sucks themselves. Sometimes you need to speak it up, tell them
things that make you disturbed but at the end you should asked their opinion to
solve the problem with a win-win solution. At least, you show good will to make
peace with your neighbors.

5. Get advice from expert
If you had colleague who also has
the same problem from annoying neighbors, ask how she deal with it, discussing it
with family also productive so you could make the right strategy to deal with
neighbors.

6. Ask other neighbors
If there are other neighbors who got
same problem as yours, asked how to deal with this problem from them. If there’s
another neighbor who closed to this troublesome-neighbor you could ask them to
become mediator to solve your problem. Perhaps, they could also be a good
mediator to end the conflict permanently.

7. Talk to lawyer
All steps had tried but your
neighbors still annoying…well, no other way than contact a lawyer to deal your
neighbors legally. For the initial stage, simply ask them to sign an agreement
on the stamp in the presence of a lawyer. If it’s unsuccessful, legal action
can also be taken. Unpleasant acts of others can be a powerful weapon to sue.

8. Call the police
This is the last step if we
really know our neighbors were doing illegal activities, unlawful, or which is
really disturbing. Do you remember of cases in the news about a neighbor who use
his house as drug party or building a bomb? But this step should be taken as
the last one, right in a moment of urgency. But first you should resolved matter
by kinship and cool, because all those problems might just a misunderstanding.
